Reclaimants

Citizens who've had their all privledges, rights and status removed. Typically reservered for individuals or a group or individuals who's done something extremely serious. They are removed from the public eye and either forced into correctional labour or frontier service through the Second Horizons programme

Upon being assigned the reclaimant class, individuals are required to hand over all belongers that are only assigned to the upper classes. All clothing is removed from their possession, and they are assigned brown clothing and simple shoes.

They are provided basic living needs like food, water, shelter and basic health care however everything they are given is added to their future bond.

Privately, upper classes refer to reclaimants as the undesirables which is known as a derogatory name

Reclaimants are treated as outside normal civic trust however the corporation avoids admitting that they are a permanent underclass that's inescapable.
